Abimbola Ibironke Oshin was born on July 24, 1971, as the seventh of eight children to late Pa Olasanmi Theophilus Oshin and Madam Oshin in Ondo town, Ondo State. She is a Yoruba actress, director, producer, and filmmaker.

Bimbo’s acting career began while she was still in college. Despite her interest in acting, she was unable to pursue it until her second year of university, when a friend introduced her to Araosun, who was then holding auditions.
